A thin Ionomer cover promotes the lowest driver spin in our lineup so players of all abilities gain better distance and accuracy from their drives. The proprietary core formulation increases ball speed for better distance while maintaining the soft feel off the clubface that most golfers prefer. HEX Aerodynamics also replace conventional dimples to reduce drag and produce a more penetrating ball flight in various weather conditions. HX Diablo incorporates everything a golfer could want in a 2-piece ball.

How do I send my logo?

There are 2 easy ways!

1.) You can use our easy browsing system, attach your logo and continue the checkout process. To begin uploading your logo, select Browse next to the product, find the logo on your computer, select it and thats it! Select your desired quantity and hit Add to shopping cart.

Depending on the size of the logo that you attached, the time it takes to upload the photo to our database may take a few seconds or minutes. Please be patient until you're presented with the next page.

2.) You may also continue your order as normal without browsing and attaching your logo automatically. Once your order is completed please reply back to the receipt you received in your email and attach your logo to the new email you send back to us!

Are there setup fees for printing my logo?
No!, The setup for printing your logo is FREE!

Returns

Customizedgolfballs.com will not accept any returned merchandise without prior authorization. Custom ordered personalized golf balls received with an incorrect personalization will be replaced by the manufacturer not refunded.

We accept three valid reasons for the return of goods
  1. Goods shipped in error.
  2. Duplicate shipment.
  3. All cancellations will be charged an 8% fee to recover transaction costs. Personalized and Logo golf ball orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.

Procedure for Returns

  1. Request a RAN (Return Authorization Number) by phoning TOLL FREE 866-543-LOGO (5646). RAN labels will be mailed to you.
  2. All authorized returned goods must be freight prepaid and all shipping cartons must be clearly marked with the RAN Label.
  3. Merchandise authorized for return for reasons other than those noted above will be subject to a minimum 15% handling charge and must be shipped freight prepaid.
  4. Special Orders or non-stocked items may not be returned unless defective or under warranty.
  5. Discontinued merchandise may not be returned. Any returns not following the above procedure will be refused.

Damaged product must be returned with a RAN.
