The LADY iQ 180, the softest women’s golf ball on the market, was developed for optimal performance at slower swing speeds. In the same way that TOUR professionals are used to test elite player balls, early testing of the Lady iQ 180 was done specifically with recreational players.

The super soft core features Bridgestone’s patented Gradational Compression Technology, creating greater ball deformation at impact, which results in increased distance with all clubs. In addition, the combination of the core and soft Ionomer cover reduces excessive sidespin for a straighter, more accurate ball-flight.

Returns

Customizedgolfballs.com will not accept any returned merchandise without prior authorization. We accept three valid reasons for the return of goods
  1. Goods shipped in error.
  2. Duplicate shipment.
  3. All cancellations will be charged an 8% fee to recover transaction costs. Personalized and Logo golf ball orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.

Procedure for Returns

  1. Request a RAN (Return Authorization Number) by phoning TOLL FREE 866-543-LOGO (5646). RAN labels will be mailed to you.
  2. All authorized returned goods must be freight prepaid and all shipping cartons must be clearly marked with the RAN Label.
  3. Merchandise authorized for return for reasons other than those noted above will be subject to a minimum 15% handling charge and must be shipped freight prepaid.
  4. Special Orders or non-stocked items may not be returned unless defective or under warranty.
  5. Discontinued merchandise may not be returned. Any returns not following the above procedure will be refused.

Damaged product must be returned with a RAN.
