Return Of Merchandise

Customizedgolfballs.com will not accept any returned merchandise without prior authorization. We accept three valid reasons for the return of goods:

  1. Goods shipped in error
  2. Duplicate Shipment
  3. Goods found defective within 14 days of receipt.

Procedure for Returns

  1. Request a RAN (Return Authorization Number) by phoning TOLL FREE 866-543-LOGO (5646). RAN labels will be mailed to you.
  2. All authorized returned goods must be freight prepaid and all shipping cartons must be clearly marked with the RAN Label
  3. Merchandise authorized for return for reasons other than the four noted above will be subject to a minimum 15% handling charge and must be shipped freight prepaid.
  4. Special Orders or non-stocked items may not be returned unless defective or under warranty
  5. Discontinued merchandise may not be returned. Any returns not following the above procedure will be refused.

Damaged product must be returned with a RAN.
