OVERVIEW Z-STAR XV The new Z-STARXZ golf ball's proprietary urethane cover is the thinnest and the softest in the premium market producing an excellent combination of distance and spin. The new four-piece dual Energetic Gradient Growth core provides the best distance in a premium offering while maintaining low spin to optimize driver performance. The Z-STARXZ is offered in Pure White and Tour Yellow for added visual performance. HOW IT COMPARES Between the two Z-STAR balls, the Z-STARXZ is a more distance oriented tour performance ball which produces less spin off the driver creating longer more penetrating ball flights. The ball feels slightly firmer, but does not sacrifice feel and control around the greens. Overall, this ball maximizes its performance when played by golfers who have a driver swing speed greater than 95mph.

Returns

Customizedgolfballs.com will not accept any returned merchandise without prior authorization. Custom ordered personalized golf balls received with an incorrect personalization will be replaced by the manufacturer not refunded.

We accept three valid reasons for the return of goods
  1. Goods shipped in error.
  2. Duplicate shipment.
  3. All cancellations will be charged an 8% fee to recover transaction costs. Personalized and Logo golf ball orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.

Procedure for Returns

  1. Request a RAN (Return Authorization Number) by phoning TOLL FREE 866-543-LOGO (5646). RAN labels will be mailed to you.
  2. All authorized returned goods must be freight prepaid and all shipping cartons must be clearly marked with the RAN Label.
  3. Merchandise authorized for return for reasons other than those noted above will be subject to a minimum 15% handling charge and must be shipped freight prepaid.
  4. Special Orders or non-stocked items may not be returned unless defective or under warranty.
  5. Discontinued merchandise may not be returned. Any returns not following the above procedure will be refused.

Damaged product must be returned with a RAN.
