Again business days are Monday- Friday not including holidays. Shipping prices on Golf Clubs will be determined by amount, weight and destination via UPS. Your order is fully trackable if you decide to create an account at Customized Golf Balls.com. You can decide to not create an account and also receive the specific tracking number of the order, and not maintain an order history in our system for your accounts and orders.

Golf Ball Returns
Customizedgolfballs.com will not accept any returned merchandise without prior authorization. Custom ordered personalized golf balls received with an incorrect personalization will be replaced by the manufacturer not refunded.
We accept three valid reasons for the return of goods
- Goods shipped in error.
- Duplicate shipment.
- All cancellations will be charged an 8% fee to recover transaction costs. Personalized and Logo golf ball orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.
Procedure for Returns
- Request a RAN (Return Authorization Number) by phoning TOLL FREE 866-543-LOGO (5646). RAN labels will be mailed to you.
- All authorized returned goods must be freight prepaid and all shipping cartons must be clearly marked with the RAN Label.
- Merchandise authorized for return for reasons other than those noted above will be subject to a minimum 15% handling charge and must be shipped freight prepaid.
- Special Orders or non-stocked items may not be returned unless defective or under warranty.
- Discontinued merchandise may not be returned. Any returns not following the above procedure will be refused.
Damaged product must be returned with a RAN.
