Golf Ball Returns will not accept any returned merchandise without prior authorization. Custom ordered personalized golf balls received with an incorrect personalization will be replaced by the manufacturer not refunded. 

We accept three valid reasons for the return of goods

  1. Goods shipped in error.
  2. Duplicate shipment.
  3. All cancellations will be charged an 8% fee to recover transaction costs. Personalized and Logo golf ball orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.

Procedure for Returns

  1. Request a RAN (Return Authorization Number) by phoning TOLL FREE 866-543-LOGO (5646). RAN labels will be mailed to you.
  2. All authorized returned goods must be freight prepaid and all shipping cartons must be clearly marked with the RAN Label.
  3. Merchandise authorized for return for reasons other than those noted above will be subject to a minimum 15% handling charge and must be shipped freight prepaid.
  4. Special Orders or non-stocked items may not be returned unless defective or under warranty.
  5. Discontinued merchandise may not be returned. Any returns not following the above procedure will be refused.

Damaged product must be returned with a RAN.
